The Old Peter Scott

The Old Peter Scott site in centre of Hawick, Scottish Borders.

The large site includes 3 main stone built mills and many small single story North light units. The Peter Scott site used to employ hundreds of local people and Pesco Developments aim is to bring this historical site back to life by completely renovating all 3 mill buildings into over 55 year old’s luxury 2 bedroom apartments within a secure gated complex with private parking and landscaped areas.

The Timeline

Phase One

Commenced January 2020

Renovate Mill 1 situated off Howegate Street, into 10 x 2 Bedroom high specification apartments including lifts and balconies to most.

Demolish all North light single story buildings to create parking and landscaped areas for over 60 cars.

Complete all external areas to car parking and landscaping including lighting and CCTV systems.

Phase Two

Commences July 2021

Renovate Mill 2 situated off Howegate Street, into 4 x 2 bedroom high specification Apartments.

Phase Three

Commences 2022

Renovate Mill 3 situated on the A7 into Hawick. Renovation to include over 40 x 2 bedroom high specification Apartments including lifts and balconies to most.
